Top of the Key actively helps out with two church basketball leagues:

- Clairmont Presbyterian Church located at 1994 Clairmont Rd., Decatur, GA 30033

- and Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church located at 1015 E. Rock Springs Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.

Although Top of the Key helps out, both of these leagues are run primarily by the staff members and are under the leadership of each church separately.
