During this 1.5-hour assessment, athletes are paired with a Top of the Key coach and with a small group of similar-aged peers. This is an excellent opportunity to get an idea of what a typical training session looks and feels like. 

At the end of the session, coaches will meet with the parent(s) to discuss the assessment and make a recommendation on which training group your child should sign up for.  

Free assessments are offered during normal training times as outlined below:

Elementary (1st-5th Grade) and Middle School

• Tuesdays 6 - 7:30 pm 

• Thursdays 6 - 7:30 pm 

• Sundays 2:00 - 3:30 pm 

High School

• Tuesdays 7:30 - 9:00 pm

• Thursdays 7:30 - 9:00 pm

• Sundays 3:30 - 5 pm
