During this 1.5-hour assessment, athletes are paired with a Top of the Key coach and with a small group of similar-aged peers. This is an excellent opportunity to get an idea of what a typical training session looks and feels like. 

At the end of the session, coaches will meet with the parent(s) to discuss the assessment and make a recommendation on which training group your child should sign up for.  

*Free assessments are offered during normal training times as outlined below:

• Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm 

• Thursdays 5:30- 7:00 pm 

• Sundays 2:30 - 4:00 pm
