Top of the Key offers many opportunities for brand new and more experienced coaches who are looking for coaching positions.

I. Camps – We are always looking to train and hire coaches for our camp programs. Last year we had 10 weeks of camps.

We have different per day and weekly rates for:

• H.S. age coaches

• College age coaches

• Adults coaches &

• Site coordinators

II. Player Development Program – This is an opportunity to train athletes in a one-on-one or small group setting.  The pay rate is per hour plus commission.

III. Sales and Marketing – This is an opportunity to work with our sales and marketing team as well as our many affiliates.  No experience necessary.  We will train.  High commissions available!
