Top of the Key organizes camps and clinics year round. We are always looking for more coaches, college students, high school students and parents to be involved.

Responsibilities & Compensation

• Site Coordinators
  • Responsibilities - willing to be coached; teach H.E.A.R.T.; manage staff, overall program and site; assist in hiring staff, increasing enrollment and registration; build good relationships with the host facility, participants and parents
  • Compensation - $100 per day. $80 per 1/2 day.
• Coaches
  • Responsibilities - Willing to be coached; coaching; refereeing; lecturing; assisting the Site Coordinators.
  • Compensation
    • Experienced Adult - $60 per day; $45 1/2 day.
    • College Student - $40 per day; $30 1/2 day.
    • High School Student - $25 per day; $20 1/2 day.
